Manager - Special Situations Group

Position: Manager - Restructuring, Insolvency & Turnaround Advisory

Experience: 5-12 years

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Origination, business development & client relationship management

- Coverage of large lenders (banks, funds, corporates) & key accounts

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of restructuring & advisory mandates

- Lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex engagements

- Conduct financial analysis, identify key issues & prepare reports

- Prepare & implement turnaround plans and business plans (incl. financial modelling)

- Cash flow forecasting & working capital management

Project execution across:

- Insolvency & liquidation (IBC, pre-pack, lender-led restructuring)

- Financial & operational restructuring advisory

- Independent Business Reviews (IBR) & TEV studies

Candidate Profile:

- CA (1st attempt preferred) or MBA Finance from a reputed institute (IIM/ISB or equivalent)

- 5-12 years' experience in restructuring/turnaround/advisory (Big 4, A&M, GT, SBI Caps, Brescon, etc.)

- Strong financial analysis, Excel & PowerPoint skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills

- Self-starter, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

- Willingness to travel within India and abroad
