Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to spearhead our Solution Design & Presales function for the Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality (TTH) vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving solution strategy, crafting innovative proposals, and partnering with sales and delivery to win large and strategic deals. You will bring deep domain expertise, technical acumen, and business insight to build differentiated solutions that resonate with our global TTH clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end presales and solutioning for large pursuits in the TTH domain including airlines, OTA, hotels, cruises, and leisure travel firms.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, delivery, and product teams to develop customized, high-impact proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Define the solution blueprint integrating business process understanding, digital technologies (AI/ML, cloud, IoT, personalization), and emerging trends in TTH.
- Conduct discovery workshops and engage with senior client stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, CMOs) to understand business challenges and tailor winning solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and develop thought leadership (whitepapers, PoVs, case studies).
- Build and mentor a team of presales solution architects and domain consultants.
- Drive deal qualification, opportunity assessment, win strategy formulation, and storytelling in proposals and orals.
- Serve as a domain SME for internal stakeholders and contribute to offering development, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Deep expertise in Travel, Tourism & Hospitality domain across one or more sub-segments Airlines, Hotels, OTAs, GDS, Travel Tech.
- Proven success in leading presales or solution design for large IT/digital transformation deals.
- Strong experience in designing solutions using cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, personalization engines, content platforms, CRM (Salesforce, Adobe), and AI/ML technologies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building capabilities.
- Global exposure preferred - familiarity with APAC, EMEA, and North American TTH markets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and cross-functional environment.
