Manager Social Media Strategy Job role: - Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research - Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform and maintaining brand consistency to increase the visibility of company's social content - Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies - Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification - Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action - Set up and optimize company pages within each platform - Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community - Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules - Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts - Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner - Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews - Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness - Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency - Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions - Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information Skills required: - LinkedIn Coverage - Work on driving engagement from EXIM centric LinkedIn groups & user LinkedIn as a core channel to connect with our target audience - CPC / CPM Campaigns - targeted Google & Facebook advertisements to Exporters - Insider Marketing - proficient in working with industry lobby agencies and forums like FFFAI, ILSCA etc - Email Marketing - must be very good at developing crisp email content / messaging - WhatsApp Marketing - brainstorm on a strategy to create multiple WhatsApp groups - Campaign infrastructure set-up - must be well versed with the roll-out of email, WhatsApp campaigns and their back-end setup. Proficient in the use of tools like Twilio, Hootsuite etc.
