Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager

Location: Gurgaon, NCR, New Delhi, working to support India and US time (2:00pm to 10:00pm IST)Type: Full-Time Reports To: Marketing Programs Manager

About the Role:

We're seeking a strategic and results-driven B2B Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our presence across business-focused platforms like LinkedIn. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build brand authority, engage decision-makers, and drive qualified leads through thoughtful, data-backed content and community strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a B2B-focused social media strategy, with a heavy emphasis on LinkedIn.

- Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms to reach business audiences.

- Create and publish engaging, educational, and brand-aligned content including posts, carousels, thought leadership, and short-form videos.

- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to align messaging with marketing and business goals.

- Build relationships with industry influencers, employees, and clients to expand organic reach and brand authority.

- Monitor performance and report on KPIs such as engagement, follower growth, reach, and lead generation.

- Stay current with B2B social trends, LinkedIn algorithm changes, and platform tools to continuously optimize content and strategy.

- Manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn to support awareness and lead generation goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in B2B social media marketing, with proven results on LinkedIn.

- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead nurturing, and content marketing principles.

- Excellent writing, editing, and content planning skills.

- Proficiency in using LinkedIn analytics, scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and basic graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).

- Ability to create or direct creation of engaging multimedia content (text, images, videos).

- Experience running and optimizing paid LinkedIn ad campaigns is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in tech, or other high-growth B2B, Managed Services, SaaS sectors.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo.

- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and web analytics.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
