Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience to drive the growth of our product across all social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of content strategy, influencer partnerships, campaign management, and the latest social media trends to create impactful brand presence and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and execute the end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and emerging platforms.

- Conceptualize, plan, and run growth-driven campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations and partnerships.

- Ideate and create engaging, trend-driven content including reels, shorts, stories, and interactive posts.

- Leverage social media analytics tools to track performance, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results.

- Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with latest trends, formats, and viral campaigns.

- Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.

- Preferred: If you are a content creator/influencer yourself, that's a big plus!

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing with proven success in driving engagement and growth.

- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, paid promotions, and influencer ecosystems.

- Exceptional skills in content ideation, writing, and storytelling.

- Hands-on experience in creating and managing reels, video content, and visual campaigns.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with ownership and creativity.

- Influencer or micro-influencer background will be an added advantage.
