Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategy that aligns with brand objectives and marketing goals.

- Influencer Identification: Research and identify potential influencers across various platforms who resonate with brand and target demographics.

- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of influencer campaigns, ensuring they meet performance metrics and budget constraints.

- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and other partners to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.

- Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to develop engaging content that highlights Company's offerings and fits their unique style and audience.

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights to optimize future strategies. Prepare regular reports on key metrics and ROI.

- Content Creation: Inhouse develop and implement a content roadmap, bringing fresh, engaging narratives across social media, websites, blogs, and all digital touchpoints.

- Social Media Content Calendar: Manage and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and strategic content delivery across all platforms.

- Brand Sentiment Monitoring: Monitor brand sentiment among customers using social listening tools and analytics.

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience: 3-10 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, with a focus on retail industry.

- Education: MBA from Tier 1 college

- Skills: Excellent understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and influencer marketing strategies.

- Strong analytical skills, communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
