Job Description Manager: Social Media Marketing

Location: Gurgaon, India.

Experience Required: 4 to 6 years.

Department: Digital Marketing.

About the Role:


We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to take ownership of our entire spectrum of social media platforms and digital campaigns.

The role requires a strategic, creative, and analytical professional who can strengthen our digital presence in the healthcare sector.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Strategy & Execution:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

- Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content aligned with brand objectives.

- Plan and execute monthly social media calendars, reels, stories, and campaigns.

Advertising & Campaign Management:

- Manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with focus on lead generation and ROI.

- Monitor and optimize ad performance, targeting, and budget allocation.

- Collaborate with SEO and Paid Marketing teams for integrated campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

- Use insights to optimize campaigns and content strategy.

Team Collaboration & Management:

- Coordinate with design, SEO, and content teams for cohesive brand messaging.

- Supervise junior social media executives/interns and ensure timely deliverables.

Brand Building & Engagement:

- Strengthen the organizations digital presence in the healthcare sector.

- Engage with online communities, respond to queries, and build brand trust.


Requirements:


- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

- 4 to 6 years of experience in Social Media Marketing (healthcare/agency background preferred).

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn campaigns.

- Strong understanding of content creation, copywriting, and digital storytelling.

- Proficiency in analytics tools (Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).

- Creative thinker with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
