2. They're looking for someone with 8-12 years of experience-strong in social media marketing, strategy, governance, and optimization.

Core responsibility will be to help this group become truly "Digital First" by:

- Defining and driving end-to-end social media strategies aligned to business goals

- Partnering with business units to influence their digital storytelling and brand engagement

- Benchmarking ABG's digital presence against global and Indian competitors

- Building and maintaining key external partnerships (Meta, Google, agencies, publishers, etc.)

- Setting up social media governance frameworks and performance review mechanisms

- Using data and listening tools to derive insights and improve campaign outcomes

- And influencing B2B teams to see the real business impact of strong social media strategy.
