Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Manager Social Media to significantly amplify our brand presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other key organic channels.
In this role, you'll own the end-to-end planning and execution of strategic social media campaigns designed to boost internal visibility and engagement for our IT services business, based in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities
As our Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Strategy & Growth: Developing and implementing comprehensive organic social media strategies to grow our follower base, enhance engagement rates, and foster brand advocacy on platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Content Management: Creating, curating, and managing compelling content calendars that are tightly aligned with company goals, product launches, thought leadership initiatives, and internal communications.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering closely with internal stakeholders such as HR, Sales, and Leadership to effectively highlight our company culture, celebrate achievements, and share compelling employee stories.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously monitoring social media metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing strategies to achieve maximum reach and impact.
- Trend Monitoring: Staying at the forefront of social media trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Team Development: Mentoring and guiding junior content creators or social media coordinators as needed, contributing to their professional growth.
Qualifications & Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: 814 years of proven, hands-on experience in organic social media management, specifically within the IT industry.
- LinkedIn Expertise: In-depth expertise in LinkedIn growth tactics, including employee advocacy programs, developing robust content pillars, and fostering strong community engagement.
- Platform Proficiency: Strong proficiency in utilizing Facebook Business Manager, Instagram tools, and various social listening platforms.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Analytical Acumen: An analytical mindset coupled with hands-on experience using social media analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Facebook Insights) to derive actionable insights.
- Self-Driven Execution: The ability to work cross-functionally and independently, adept at self-driving campaigns from conception to completion without reliance on third-party client visualizers.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
