Job Title: Social & Influencer Marketing Manager

Location: Remote (India Candidates must be from Mumbai or Bangalore)

Travel involved for Events .


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead Social Marketing Mandate: Own and execute the social GTM strategy , including influencer marketing and social activations.

- Agency Management: Brief and collaborate with agency partners to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables aligned with brand and campaign goals.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement social marketing strategies across owned channels and allied partner platforms (talent, labels, creators).

- Influencer Ecosystem: Recruit, manage, and optimize influencer plans with a deep understanding of Indias content creator landscape.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, business, and APAC social teams to align strategies and share insights.


- Trend & Crisis Monitoring: Identify key social trends and potential brand risks, informing internal teams proactively.

- Paid Media Integration: Recommend and implement paid media strategies to amplify reach and engagement.

- Performance Analysis: Continuously evaluate campaign performance, share learnings, and refine future strategies.


Qualifications & Experience


- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

- Minimum 9 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing (agency or client-side).
