Social Media Manager Location - Whitefield, Bangalore Work mode - WFO Position Overview: As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our social media footprint. You will be responsible for developing and implementing an engaging social media strategy, executing winning campaigns, and measuring performance to drive brand visibility and consumer engagement. The role will report into the Head- Social Media & PR. - Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand and marketing goals, fostering brand loyalty and growth. - Content Creation and Curation: Lead and partner with agencies to create and curate compelling content, with a distinct tone of voice, including visuals, videos, and stories, that resonate with our target audience. - Growth Hacking: Work with agency teams to develop followers, build food trends, and become a brand that creates the way the food landscape in India is driven. - KPI Setting: Setting of management KPIs backed by specific operational plans to achieve the KPIs on a Quarter by Quarter basis. - Moment Marketing: Driving an always on agenda of Moment Marketing to connect food with critical moments. - Community Management: Foster meaningful engagement with our audience, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages, and building a vibrant online community. - Social listening: Manage the social media monitoring with regular updates to brand teams on product, campaign and brand conversations and feedback. Take necessary actions from listening trends. - Campaign Execution: Plan, implement, and manage social media campaigns, , to meet specific objectives and KPIs. - Measurement and Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns, utilizing analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and optimizations. - Competitive Analysis: Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the fast-paced FMCG market. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams like HR, manufacturing, ESG to create a robust pipeline of stories from across the organization, for social and PR. - Innovation: Experiment with emerging social media trends and technologies, seeking innovative ways to engage with our audience and differentiate our brand. - Brand Advocacy: Identify and collaborate with brand advocates and influencers to amplify our brand's reach. - Crisis Management: Handle any issues or crises on social media, maintaining a positive brand reputation. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). - Proven experience of 4-5 years as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry. - Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and ad management. - Creative thinking and an eye for design and content quality. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance. - A strategic mindset and the ability to align social media efforts with overall business objectives. - Enthusiasm for staying current with the latest social media trends and technologies. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
