Manager - Social Media - Content Strategy

Mandatory Requirement:

Must have built and managed your own active Instagram handle or YouTube channel with an established, engaged audience.

Role Overview:

As our Social Media Manager, you won't just schedule calendars; you will be the creative voice, chief storyteller, and visual architect of Homerun across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

We are looking for a Creator - Marketer hybrid - someone who has built their own digital footprint from scratch, understands visual storytelling, algorithm dynamics, community building, and short-form video production.

Key Responsibilities:

- End - to - End Social Strategy: Define, own, and execute the organic content strategy across Instagram (Reels/Static), YouTube (Shorts & Long - form), LinkedIn, and X.

- Content Creation & On - Camera Presence: Script, shoot, edit, and occasionally host dynamic short - form videos (Reels, Shorts) capturing the fast - paced world of q - commerce, home building, and contractor culture.

- Platform Innovation: Turn everyday delivery stories, hardware hacks, construction myths, and startup fast - lane moments into viral social IPs and series.

- Community & Culture Building: Build a loyal ecosystem of contractors, homeowners, architects, interior designers, and DIY enthusiasts through active comment engagement, direct messages, and interactive features.

- Creator & Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with micro - creators, DIY artists, interior influencers, and industry experts to expand platform reach.

- Data - Driven Optimization: Track social metrics (reach, engagement rate, retention, audience acquisition), run continuous content experiments, and adapt strategy based on performance data.
