Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. - Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. - Create and curate high-quality, engaging content such as blog posts, images, videos, and infographics that resonate with the target audience and align with the organization's values and goals. - Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into organization's social media strategy - Manage and grow the organization's online community by fostering engagement and building relationships. - Measure and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and community engagement initiatives using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
