Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and emerging platforms.

- Create and manage content calendars, coordinating with design, marketing, and product teams.

- Write compelling copy and captions that reflect our brand voice.

- Monitor performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, GA4, and native insights.

- Engage with followers, influencers, and communities to boost reach and loyalty.

- Analyze metrics and iterate strategies based on performance.

- Stay current on trends, memes, and platform updates.

-Requirements:

- 3+ years managing brand social media accounts.

- Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.

- Experience with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, or Adobe Suite.

- Understanding of social analytics, reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.

- Ability to create and manage campaigns from ideation to reporting.

- Passion for staying ahead of social and cultural trends.

Nice to Have:

- Basic graphic/video editing skills (Reels, Stories, TikTok).

- Experience in influencer outreach or community management.

- Background in brand marketing or content strategy
