WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B social media strategy aligned with business goals, brand positioning, and demand generation objectives.
- Own content planning, creation, scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking across platform such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging B2B channels.
- Create compelling content including product updates, customer stories, thought leadership, event promotions, employer branding, and campaign launches.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to create relevant and impactful messaging.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement to continuously optimize content strategy. Manage community engagement, comments, direct messages, and brand reputation.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, follower growth, MQL influence) and present actionable insights.
Event Marketing (Virtual & In-Person):
- Plan and execute high-impact B2B events, including trade shows, industry conferences, webinars, customer roundtables, roadshows, and partner events.
- Own end-to-end event management - concept, budgeting, logistics, promotion, execution, and post-event reporting. Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships teams to maximize lead generation, pipeline impact, and ROI from events.
- Manage vendor relationships, sponsorship negotiations, booth design, and event collateral.
- Lead event promotion strategy across social, email, website, and paid channels.
- Track event performance metrics including registrations, attendance, leads generated, and revenue influenced.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on social media and event marketing.
- Proven success in managing US-focused B2B marketing campaigns and events.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, demand generation, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot / Marketo, Salesforce, Hootsuite / Sprout, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and event platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong storytelling mindset.
- Strong project management, organizational, and execution capabilities.
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience marketing to mid-market and enterprise SaaS buyers.
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) and high-growth startup environments.
- Experience managing US industry trade shows and SaaS conferences (e.g., SaaStr, Dreamforce, HubSpot INBOUND, etc.).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, product, and leadership teams.
REPORTING: This position will report to the Chief Revenue Officer or assigned Manager within the Department.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Full-Time
LOCATION : Remote
Shift Timings : 6.00 pm to 3.00 am IST (EST Time Zone)
