Role Summary:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital brand presence and community engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our social media ecosystemfrom high-level strategy and storytelling to daily execution and performance analysis. You will function as the voice of the brand, crafting compelling content that resonates with our target audience while utilizing technical optimization (SMO) and analytics to drive growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical skills to translate social data into actionable business insights.

Technical Responsibilities:

- Strategic Roadmap Development: Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business goals, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and community building.

- Platform Management & Governance: Oversee daily operations across all major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and adherence to platform-specific best practices.

- Content Engineering & Storytelling: Develop a multi-channel content calendar that utilizes high-impact storytelling and branding techniques to engage diverse audience segments.

- Social Media Optimization (SMO): Execute technical optimization strategies to increase the visibility of profiles and content, utilizing keyword research, hashtag strategy, and profile audits.

- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Utilize native and third-party analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, delivering regular reports that correlate social activity with business outcomes.

- Digital Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align social media efforts with SEO, Paid Search, and Email Marketing campaigns for a unified brand voice.

- Community Engagement & Moderation: Manage real-time interactions with followers, fostering positive community sentiment and coordinating with customer support for rapid issue resolution.

- Competitor & Trend Analysis: Conduct rigorous market research to stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor maneuvers.

- Brand Asset Management: Coordinate the production of visual and written assets, ensuring all content meets high-quality standards and reflects the brands visual identity.

- Budget Oversight: Manage social media budgets for boosted posts or small-scale organic promotions to maximize organic reach and engagement.

Required Technical Skills:

- Platform Expertise: Advanced knowledge of business management tools for LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, and X Professional.

- Analytics Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer for scheduling and performance tracking.

- SEO/SMO: Deep understanding of social media search algorithms and technical optimization techniques.

- Design Tools: Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), or Figma for minor asset adjustments.

- Copywriting: Exceptional command of written English with a focus on persuasive and brand-aligned digital copy.

Preferred Skills:

- Video Production: Basic experience in mobile video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush) specifically for Short-Form Video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

- AI Tooling: Proficiency in using AI-based tools for ideation, content drafting, and sentiment analysis (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney).

- Paid Media Knowledge: Basic understanding of social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to support organic/paid hybrid strategies.

- Influencer Coordination: Experience in identifying and managing relationships with micro-influencers and industry thought leaders.

- Crisis Management: Proven ability to handle negative PR or social media escalations with professionalism and speed.

- Project Management: Proficiency in using tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to track content production cycles.
