The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for creating, executing, and managing innovative social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business growth. The role requires a creative and trend-savvy individual who can think out of the box, manage a team, and develop engaging content across multiple platforms. The ability to create and present video content will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals.

- Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, social media tools, and best practices.

- Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos, reels, campaigns) tailored to each platform.

- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of content creators and community managers.

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.

- Analyze social media metrics, generate performance reports, and optimize strategies.

- Lead influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.

- Experiment with innovative formats and ideas to maximize audience engagement.

- Acting as a brand presenter/host for videos, campaigns, or live sessions would be a plus.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Proven experience (2-4 years) in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content creation.

- Strong creative and analytical skills.

- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging platforms, trends, and tools.

- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.

- Team management and leadership experience.

- Hands-on content creation experience; video presentation skills are a plus.
