Key Responsibilities:
- Own organic growth metrics Increase followers, engagement, and brand reach across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Content Strategy & Execution Plan, create, and optimize engaging content (text, video, graphics) tailored for each platform.
- Performance/Paid Marketing on Social Use LinkedIns ABM (Account-Based Marketing) and Lookalike Audiences to target and engage the right professionals in the PT industry.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization Leverage data insights to adjust content strategies, improve reach, and enhance audience engagement.
- Community Creation and Management Engage with followers, respond to comments, and create conversations around key topics in physical therapy.
- Competitor & Trend Analysis Stay ahead of industry trends, track competitors, and incorporate learnings into our content strategy.
- Collaboration Work with internal teams (design, content, growth) to align social efforts with broader marketing goals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing social media for a B2B brand, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.
- Proven track record of scaling social media followers and engagement organically.
- Hands-on experience with META Lookalike Audiences & LinkedIn ABM campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent content creation skills (writing, video editing, or graphic design is a plus).
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.
- Passion for healthcare, AI, and tech-driven solutions is a plus
