We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to own and expand our digital presence across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative strategies, managing day-to-day operations of social channels, and producing engaging multimedia content that strengthens our brand identity.
This role requires a strong blend of content creation, analytics, and community engagement skills to drive meaningful customer interactions and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Take full ownership of company profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, and emerging channels (e.g., TikTok, Threads).
- Build and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring consistency in posting schedules, tone of voice, and messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain brand relevance.
Content Development & Creative Production
- Conceptualize, create, and oversee engaging static, video, and interactive content tailored to each platform.
- Collaborate with internal design, video, and marketing teams to ensure content is on-brand and impactful.
- Produce short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form content (YouTube, webinars, case studies) as needed.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO, reach, and engagement.
Community Engagement & Brand Growth
- Monitor social conversations, respond to customer queries, and manage direct interactions to foster strong brand-consumer relationships.
- Develop strategies to increase followers, boost engagement rates, and build loyal online communities.
- Manage partnerships with influencers, content creators, and external agencies where required.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, conversions).
- Generate reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 4-8 years of proven experience managing social media channels for a brand, agency, or product company.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, paid ads, and campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or CapCut).
- Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprinklr, Zoho Social, etc.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative ideation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to performance marketing campaigns and paid social media advertising.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies
