About the Role:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's presence across all major social platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content strategies, growing followers, driving user engagement, and enhancing overall brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Manage daily content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms (e.g , Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and emerging platforms like Threads or TikTok).
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging content in collaboration with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social, and report on performance with actionable insights.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to maintain positive community engagement.
- Coordinate and execute social media campaigns, product launches, contests, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, best practices, and competitor activity to continually optimize strategies.
- Work closely with the paid ads team to align organic and paid social media efforts.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all social platforms.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's / master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of proven experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar for designing posts.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
