- A Social Media Manager, you will lead the content and growth strategy for two of the most powerful platforms-Instagram and YouTube. From ideating thumb-stopping Reels to managing long-form video storytelling, this role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social trends, understands audience behavior, and knows how to drive engagement at scale.

- Develop & Execute Strategy: Create and implement effective social media strategies to boost reach, engagement, and brand awareness.

- Lead Campaigns: Design and run campaigns focused on storytelling, product launches, influencer collaborations, and thought leadership.

- Create Compelling Content: Ideate, script, and produce engaging multimedia content-especially short-form video-that resonates with the target audience.

- Optimize with Insights: Track performance metrics and derive insights to refine content and campaign effectiveness.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across channels.

- Manage Influencer Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage influencers directly or through agencies; monitor content quality and performance.

What You Bring:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in social media management and influencer marketing.

- Demonstrated success in growing digital communities and improving engagement.

- Strong skills in creating and editing short-form video and other social-first content.

- Knowledge of and experience working with influencers and content creators.

- Creative, agile, and highly attuned to social media trends and user behavior.
