- Use tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva Video, or similar platforms to generate visually compelling short-form videos.

- Optimize video format and style per platform trends (e.g., TikTok-style editing, LinkedIn-tone messaging).

- Maintain and grow audience engagement through consistent branding, storytelling, and CTAs.

- Monitor all platform analytics (reach, CTR, retention, shares, conversions) and improve performance using data insights.

- Collaborate with content, design, and growth teams to align messaging with brand and campaign goals.

- Research trends, competitors, and content formats weekly to keep content relevant.

- Ensure rapid adaptation of viral formats or challenges when suitable.

Requirements

- Proven experience in short-form video creation and social media content management.

- Deep knowledge of CapCut, InShot, or other mobile/desktop video editors.

- Familiarity with trending audio, meme culture, and cross-platform storytelling.

- Ability to generate fresh content ideas daily, repurpose long-form content, and edit fast.

- Excellent grasp of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn metrics and algorithm behavior.

- Strong understanding of post timing, hashtags, and engagement tactics.
