Description:
- Manage global payroll execution, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local regulations, and reconciliation of time and pay data.
- Supervise banking and treasury operations, including cash applications, reconciliations, and clearing outstanding items.
- Ensure standardization of finance processes across 13+ entities, coordinating audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting.
- Drive process excellence and internal controls, ensuring audit readiness, productivity, and continuous improv
- Strong skills in process mapping, improvement, and internal controls; Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management with onshore/offshore coordination experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SAGE is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams
