Job Description: Service Delivery Manager-O2C Job Description Job Title SDM -O2C Direct Supervisor Finance Head- GBS Function Finance GBS Compensation xxx - This role is accountable and responsible for overall delivery across all regions ensuring seamless service delivery, maximum stakeholder satisfaction and effective people management. It involves owning of end-to-end O2C with Revenue Accounting processes in Shared Service centre driving process standardisation. Act as an Finance Controller to provide independent review in GBS and ensure compliance in all finance related aspects, with the highest levels of integrity. - Support in development of internal control policies and procedures and financial risk management. Build strong relationships with regional and global CFOs and key stakeholders (finance and operations) ensuring high levels of buy in and confidence in the global system. A Blended role where SDM will have Primary Process and Delivery responsibility and Regional SPOC (Relationship Manager) for a region as their secondary responsibility. - External Interfaces Internal Interfaces - Outsourcing Partners - Consultants - Auditors - Contractors - Regulatory Authorities (if needed) - GBS Head - CFOs, Finance Directors - Process Managers/SMEs & TLs - Support (HR, IT, Administration, Facilities & Finance) - Other relevant teams of the organisation Job Requirements: - Education Master's in Finance, Accounting, Business - Administration, or equivalent degree - Professional certification such as Chartered Accountant is a MUST or MBA - Relevant Experience 18+ years of relevant experience working with captive centres in O2C leadership role - Good working experience for US GAAP and relevant financial accounting regulations - Preferably someone with a previous experience of managing work-process transition in multiple regions (such as EMEA, APAC and Americas) - Breadth of knowledge of leading end to end O2C operations, practices, and processes - Have experience in General ledger Accounting, Reconciliations, Consolidation, P&L and B/s review,
