Key Responsibilities:

- Support/lead M&A transactions focusing on Integration & Separation (I&S) activities including carve-outs, divestitures, and post-merger integration.

- Develop and manage detailed PMI and Separation work plans, timelines, and governance frameworks.

- Act as a PMO lead/ support, driving project execution, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, IT, HR, supply chain, tax, legal) to ensure smooth transition and value capture.

- Identify potential integration risks, challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.

- Prepare and deliver client-ready presentations, reports, and dashboards to track progress.

- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment of integration/separation goals with overall transaction objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of Integration & Separation (I&S) methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.

- Hands-on experience in Post-Merger Integration (PMI), divestiture planning, and execution.

- Strong PMO and program management capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
