Manager - SEO & Growth

We are building a next-gen AI-led search and growth function to stay ahead in an evolving ecosystem shaped by LLMs, generative search, and conversational interfaces.

This role goes beyond traditional SEO. You will drive the intersection of technical SEO, AI/LLM integration, and search strategy, ensuring our platforms are optimized not just for search engines-but for how answers are generated and consumed.

You will play a critical role in shaping organic growth strategy, search visibility, and AI-driven discovery at scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive technical SEO architecture including crawling, indexing, schema, and Core Web Vitals

- Lead AI/LLM integration for SEO, including content scaling and automated technical audits

- Optimize platforms for GEO / SGE / AEO and conversational search experiences

- Analyze large-scale search and behavioral data to drive organic growth

- Build automation frameworks (Python/SQL/JS) for SEO workflows and reporting

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align SEO with platform architecture

- Continuously evolve strategy based on search engine and AI ecosystem changes

Ideal Candidate

- 5-8 years of experience in SEO with strong technical depth

- Hands-on expertise in technical SEO (crawling, indexing, log analysis, schema, CWV)

- Experience working on large-scale websites or platforms

- Exposure to AI-led SEO (GEO / SGE / AEO) and optimizing for generative search

- Practical experience using LLM tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for SEO workflows

- Strong understanding of modern search systems, semantic search, and entity-based optimization

- Experience in automation using Python / SQL / JavaScript

- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and growth metrics

- Engineering background (B.Tech / BE - CS/IT/Data/AI)

- MBA (Marketing / Analytics) is a plus

- Experience in product companies, SaaS platforms, or high-performance SEO teams
