Key Responsibilities:

- Independently execute and manage valuation assignments on an end-to-end basis.

- Undertake valuation studies and demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant valuation methodologies and industry practices.

- Manage the team and monitor the team's work on the day-to-day execution of assignments.

- Review analyses, reports, financial models, and deliverables to ensure quality and timely completion.

- Act as a key point of contact for clients, address client queries, and maintain strong client relationships.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support smooth project delivery across multiple assignments.

- Take ownership of critical departmental responsibilities to ensure high-quality client servicing and operational efficiency.

- Support business development initiatives and client presentations as required.

Experience:

- 3+ years of relevant valuation experience

- Candidates should have hands-on experience in undertaking valuation assignments across real estate and related asset classes.

Educational Qualification:

- Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) - Finance, and/or Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil / BE Civil)

- Other relevant qualifications may also be considered based on overall experience and suitability.

- Must Have: Valuation experience specifically in Mumbai
