Manager/Senior Manager - US Client Audit - CA/CPA

We are currently hiring for our client - US based accounting firm .

Position - Manager/Senior Manager - Audit ; US Client Audit

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru

Shift Timings: 2 PM - 11 PM

Responsibilities

- As an Audit Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive auditing and industry experience, helping our clients by providing efficient and effective external audit services and consulting as required. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Partners

- Develop the audit strategy based on an understanding of the client's business and industry, including the time budget and detailed staff assignments

- Be involved in the financial management of clients

- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

- Be actively involved in the recruitment of new staff and seniors

- Assist in the management and delivering of large projects

- Oversee day-to-day audit work, training, and coaching for all team members to promote professional development and technical acumen. Serve as a role model, review work, and resolve issues that arise.

- Continue to develop internal relationships within Partner Firms

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in accounting

- Qualified - CA/CPA

- 8-10 years, preferably 2+ years' experience as a Manager for US client Audits (AICPA and PCAOB)

- Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the common business and accounting issues facing not for profit entities, publicly and non-publicly traded companies in a variety of industries along with 401k plans.

- Technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, GAAS

- Demonstrates extensive internal controls and SOX testing
