Manager/Senior Manager - Transitions - BPO

Job Description:

Not Looking for IT Transitions Professionals.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Create a comprehensive plan covering timelines, resource allocation and budget for respective transition project.

- Provide inputs for the business transition strategy and creates customized transition plans for the transition programs based on specific client needs.

- Continually strive towards innovating & improving transition methodology, implementation of best practices within the group.

- Build competencies and control systems around the transition Framework and Methodology.

- Drive all contractual discussions with the internal and external stakeholders during transitions.

- Allocate/ mobilize appropriate resources for ongoing or upcoming Transition projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Should have overall 10+ yrs of work exp with 4+ yrs in Full time Transitioning BPO Processes.

- Not Looking for IT Transitions Professionals.
