About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Transfer Pricing Advisory team as a Manager / Senior Manager. The role involves working with multinational clients across industries, providing strategic advice, managing complex transfer pricing assignments, and leading project teams. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions that address planning, compliance, documentation, and dispute resolution in line with global transfer pricing regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage transfer pricing advisory projects including planning, structuring, documentation, and risk assessments.
- Advise clients on BEPS, OECD guidelines, and local TP regulations to ensure compliance and tax efficiency.
- Manage functional/benchmarking analyses, economic modeling, value chain analysis, and pricing strategies.
- Oversee the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, Master Files, Local Files, and CbCR (where applicable).
- Handle APA (Advance Pricing Agreements) and MAP (Mutual Agreement Procedures) negotiations with tax authorities.
- Review financial and operational data to provide strategic insights to clients on cross-border transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for engagements.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to business development activities including proposal writing, client pitches, and thought leadership.
Requirements:
- Qualified CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent with 6-12 years of relevant Transfer Pricing experience.
- Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines, BEPS action plans, and local TP regulations.
- Proven track record of managing transfer pricing audits, litigation support, and advisory assignments.
- Experience with benchmarking tools and databases (e.g., Prowess, Capital IQ, Amadeus, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities for clients.
