Manager/Senior Manager - Training - Internet/Online

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Training Strategy & Execution

- Design and implement comprehensive sales training programs aligned with business goals

- Conduct onboarding and refresher training for beauty advisors and retail sales teams

- Develop modules on product knowledge, selling skills, customer experience, and upselling techniques

2. Field Capability Building

- Partner with regional sales teams to identify training needs

- Conduct regular market visits to coach and evaluate frontline staff

- Drive in-store training initiatives and on-the-job coaching

3. Content Development

- Create engaging training content (PPTs, videos, digital modules, playbooks)

- Ensure training materials are updated with new product launches and campaigns

- Incorporate beauty trends and customer insights into training

4. Performance Tracking & Impact Measurement

- Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs (sales growth, conversion, ATV, etc.)

- Conduct assessments and certification programs

- Provide feedback and improvement plans based on performance data

5. Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and HR teams

- Work closely with regional managers to align training priorities

- Support new store launches and brand initiatives
