Description:
This role blends deep analytical capability with HR strategy, owning the full performance & pay cycle across merit, variable, and long-term incentive programs, and enabling leaders to make data-driven talent and compensation decisions with speed and accuracy. The candidate will design and lead performance management and total rewards strategy using data & analytics to create a fair, high-performance, and future-ready rewards system.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis of annual and mid-year appraisal cycles, ensuring consistency, fairness, and linkage to business performance.
- Build Excel- and Power BI-based performance dashboards integrating inputs from HRBPs and business data.
- Design and maintain KPI scorecards across functions; ensure calibration and normalization processes are data-driven and auditable.
- Leverage analytics and predictive insights (via Copilot and Power BI) to identify top performers, high-potential talent, and pay-risk individuals.
- Drive continuous process improvement by automating performance tracking, rating distribution analysis, and report generation.
- Own compensation benchmarking, internal parity, and pay structure models, aligning with market trends and business strategy.
Requirements:
- MBA (HR, Finance, or Analytics) preferred.
- 5-10 years in HR analytics, total rewards, or performance management, ideally in a digital, tech, or financial services organization.
- Proven track record in managing merit/variable pay cycles and compensation benchmarking.
- Deep proficiency in Excel modeling, data visualization (Power BI), and dashboard automation.
