Qualification: CA / CMA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) - Graduate or Post Graduate from a recognized University / Institute

About the Role:

We are hiring a Manager/Senior Manager Tax for one of the world's leading diamond manufacturing groups with global sales offices across Europe and Asia. Renowned for its technical excellence, innovation, and sustainability, the organization provides ethically sourced, traceable, and precision-cut diamonds to some of the world's most exclusive watch and jewellery brands.

Requirement:

- CA / CMA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) - Graduate or Post Graduate from a recognized University / Institute.

- 7+ years of experience in Taxation in a manufacturing environment (mandatory).

- Exposure to Legal is a strong plus.

- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, tax planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

- Oversee payroll tax compliance, including reviewing deductions and recommending optimal structures and allowances.

- Suggest revisions to salary structures in view of changes in tax laws.

- Prepare and support tax hearings, appeals, and liaise with external consultants and legal teams.

- Draft and review agreements, manage document safekeeping, and coordinate with lawyers on related matters.
