Work closely with Site (Tirupati) Leadership team to identify HR Priorities to help achieve organization goals. 2. Responsible for hiring/onboarding key talent necessary for growth of the business. 3. Building network and relationship with Campuses in and around Tirupati to attract talent. 4. Provide guidance and support on HR Policies. 5. Implement Performance Management Systems, Training Programs and Work Force Planning. 6. Maintain HR Metrics on Headcount, Attrition, Diversity etc. 7. Have good knowledge of local HR Laws and regulations Candidate Background: 1. Bachelor/Masters Degree in Human Resources. 2. Should have 10-15 years' experience as a Site HR Manager in US Healthcare/BPO/IT Services industry. 3. Should know local language - Telugu. 4. Should have very good English verbal and writing skills. 5. Should be very good in MS Excel Compensation is limited to INR 15 Lakhs per annum.
