Role Overview:

As the Manager/Senior Manager of TA Process Excellence, you will serve as the strategic architect behind our global talent acquisition engine. In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making, ensuring our hiring processes are scalable, compliant, and candidate-centric. You will work closely with senior leadership, HR business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, implement automation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement end-to-end TA process frameworks to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance operational productivity across global teams.

- Lead complex, large-scale HR transformation projects by coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption of new tools and methodologies.

- Analyze recruitment data and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights that inform executive-level hiring strategies and resource allocation.

- Establish rigorous quality assurance standards and governance models to ensure compliance and consistency in hiring practices across all business units.

- Drive the integration of cutting-edge HR technology and automation solutions to reduce manual effort and improve the overall candidate and recruiter experience.

- Mentor and guide regional TA teams on best practices, fostering a culture of excellence and data-backed decision-making.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and optimizing complex recruitment processes, with a proven ability to translate business goals into scalable operational workflows.

- Advanced proficiency in HR analytics, including the ability to build predictive models and dashboards that translate raw data into strategic business narratives.

- Exceptional project management capabilities, characterized by a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from conceptualization to successful implementation.

- A Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.
