About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (Non-Tech) to lead and drive end-to-end recruitment efforts for non-technology functions across the organization. In this strategic and hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, while also introducing and executing innovative sourcing and branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the complete recruitment process including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding for non-technical roles.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, ensuring alignment between talent needs and business goals.
Innovative Sourcing & Branding:
- Leverage non-traditional recruitment channels such as social media, employee referrals, industry events, and targeted campaigns to attract high-quality talent.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and candidate behaviors to refine sourcing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Recruitment Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of recruitment documentation, maintain ATS/HRIS data integrity, and adhere to internal audit and compliance standards.
Team Leadership & Best Practices:
- Promote recruitment excellence by mentoring junior recruiters and introducing process improvements and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8 to 14 years of hands-on experience in non-tech hiring, preferably in high-growth or matrixed organizations.
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, stakeholder engagement, and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of managing complex hiring pipelines and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
- Experience with ATS platforms and data-driven recruitment.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for talent branding and innovation in recruitment.
