- Employer Branding: Strengthen the banks market position through targeted recruitment campaigns, social media engagement, and inclusive hiring initiatives.

- Analytics & MIS Reporting: Maintain real-time recruitment dashboards, hiring MIS, and cost-per-hire reports to provide data-driven insights to leadership.

- Diversity & Inclusion: Drive inclusive recruitment practices to ensure a diverse representation across all levels of the organization.

Technical Requirements

- Banking Domain Expertise: 4 - 9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition specifically within the Banking or Financial Services (BFSI) sector.

- Vendor Ecosystem: Established network and experience in managing executive search firms and large-scale recruitment agencies.

Core Leadership Competencies

- Delivering Results: A proven track record of meeting aggressive hiring timelines with high-quality talent under cost-efficient parameters.

- Disciplined Execution: Strong adherence to internal processes, documentation standards, and regulatory timelines.

- Influencing & Negotiation: Ability to manage expectations of senior business heads and negotiate complex offer packages for lateral hires.

- Strategic Partnering: Capability to move beyond transactional hiring and provide strategic talent insights to regional business leaders.

- Building Relationships: Exceptional ability to build rapport with academic institutions and external talent pools to create "Top-of-Mind" recall for the bank
