Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Auto/EV

Role Overview:

A high growth Tier 1 auto supplier with 5,000+ employees and a growth stage EV business. The role reports to the CHRO and helps build the talent acquisition engine for the next phase of growth.

Location: Pune. Work from office.

Experience: 9 - 12 years.

What you will own:

- Hiring across the business: sourcing, assessment, offers and onboarding

- Workforce planning with business managers, capability gaps and hiring priorities

- Direct sourcing, market mapping and pipelines for critical skills

- Campus hiring, employer branding and headhunter partnerships

- Hiring dashboards: time to fill, quality of hire, source mix

- Engagement and retention programmes for the talent you bring in

Mandatory: Hiring experience inside auto, auto components or automotive electronics.

Education: Master's or PGDM in HR.
