Manager/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

What would you do?

- Lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes for various clients in the NGO and social enterprise sectors.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Oversee a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, particularly within the social sector.

What are we looking for?

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leadership and client delivery.

- Proven experience in recruiting for urban NGOs, international NGOs, or social enterprises is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of the social sector landscape and its unique hiring challenges.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities effectively.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in team management and development.
