
Role Overview:
As a key member of the Strategy team, you will support in driving key initiatives to improve operational efficiency, enhance digital adoption, and streamline core business processes across the organization. Role of the Strategy team is to identify improvement opportunities, solution design and ensure on-ground implementation. The role requires strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, structured thinking, and hands-on program management.
You will work closely with leadership, HODs and team members of departments such as Sales, CRM, Marketing, Design, Procurement, Projects, QHSE, Legal, Liaison, Land Acquisition, Finance, IT, HR etc.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Opportunity Identification
- Conduct diagnostic assessments across functions to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or digitalization gaps.
- Benchmark processes and tools against industry best practices.
- Build business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI assessments for proposed initiatives.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
2. Process Improvement & Lean Interventions
- Understand existing "as-is" processes and design optimized "to-be" workflows.
- Introduce SOPs, checklists, governance frameworks, and KPIs to strengthen process discipline.
- Standardize processes across projects and functions.
3. Digital Transformation & Solution Design
- Identify digital tools and technology solutions that improve productivity and decision- making
- Program manager the requirement gathering (BRD), workflow design, configurations and UAT with internal users and external vendors.
- Drive implementation and adoption of digital tools across departments.
- Monitor system usage, data quality, and user feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Program & Change Management
- Create detailed project plans with milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Drive cross-functional project governance - MIS updates, risk logs, and escalation management.
- Provide training, communication, and change management support to ensure successful adoption.
- Track progress and report impact regularly to the leadership team.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with CXOs, HODs, department teams, and external consultants/ vendors.
- Facilitate decision-making through structured presentations and dashboards.
- Influence teams without direct authority to drive transformation outcomes.
Key Deliverables:
- Operational efficiency improvements (reduced turnaround time, reduced manpower effort, process adherence, improved governance & control, reduced rework etc.).
- Enhanced digitalization across business processes.
- Implementation of standardized processes and governance frameworks.
- Successful rollout of transformation initiatives within timelines.
- Tangible impact on cost optimization, productivity, and customer experience.
Eligibility:
- Education: MBA (Tier-1/Tier-2 preferred), Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Engineering, Business, or Finance
- Experience: 3-7 years in management consulting, business transformation, process excellence, or digital transformation (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to map and redesign business processes.
- Experience in implementing process improvement and/or digitalization initiatives
- Exposure to ERP/CRM systems and digital tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- High ownership, structured thinking, and ability to work with ambiguity.
- Strong project management and execution discipline.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or certification in PMP or Agile is an advantage.
