Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: - Assist in the development and execution of the organization's strategic plans. - Conduct research, analyse market trends, and provide recommendations on business strategies. Analytics and Business Insights: - Track KPIs, prepare reports for the CEO, providing insights and analysis on the organization's performance. - Develop and maintain a robust analytics framework to provide actionable insights for business performance assessment, including KPIs, data models, and dashboards. - Analyze complex business and financial data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement. - Generate reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights to senior executives and other stakeholders. - Provide data-driven recommendations and support decision-making processes across various business functions. Investor Relations and Stakeholder Reporting: - Collaborate with the Finance, MIS, and other teams to prepare management reports, Presentations, Monthly & Quarterly MIS, and other relevant communications materials. - Monitor and analyze market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for investor relations activities. Strategic Initiatives and Project Management: - Conduct feasibility studies and financial modelling to evaluate the potential impact and viability of strategic initiatives. - To oversee special projects and initiatives, coordinate & collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, and ensure that they are implemented effectively and efficiently. Requirements: - CA / MBA in Finance or related field - Experience in strategy development, business and process consulting, business analytics, and financial modelling. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Understanding of financial concepts, market dynamics, and industry trends. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Proficiency in MS Office - Familiarity with data analysis & business intelligence tools and techniques is a plus.
