My Client is a fast-growing digital payments and fintech platform offering solutions across digital banking, payment gateway, API banking, mPOS, prepaid instruments, and open finance services.
They are Currently building deep, revenue-linked alliances with leading consumer brands-where partnerships directly impact transactions, revenue, GTM strategy, and customer acquisition.
A) ROLE OVERVIEW
My Client is looking for somebody who can do partnership with a fast-growing fintech payments organization to build a best-in-class Strategic Alliances & Brand Partnerships function to drive revenue growth, distribution scale, and go-to-market innovation.
This role is ideal for professionals who have built high-impact partnerships with leading consumer brands and want to move into a revenue-linked, strategy-driven role at the intersection of fintech, brands, and growth.
B) Core Purpose of the Role
1. To Build and scale strategic partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes including revenue growth, market expansion, new product adoption, and ecosystem leverage.
2. Act as a strategic growth driver, not just a relationship owner, linking partnership initiatives directly to business metrics.
3. Lead commercial negotiations, co-creation of partner value propositions, and launch executions with cross-functional teams.
C) DETAIL KEY RESPOSIILITIES
STRATEGIC ALLIANCES & ECOSYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
1. Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic brand partners across Fashion, FMCG, F&B, Lifestyle, Consumer Tech, Marketplaces.
2. Design long-term alliance frameworks aligned with business growth, customer acquisition, and product adoption.
3. Build executive-level relationships with CXOs and business heads at partner organizations.
COMMERCIALS, REVENUE & DEAL OWNERSHIP
Own end-to-end deal management including
1.Commercial structuring
2. Revenue share models
3. Pricing frameworks
4. Contract negotiations (MoUs, term sheets)
GO TO MARKET & LAUCH EXECUTION
Co-create joint GTM strategies with partners including:
1.Co-branded offerings
2. Joint marketing campaigns
3. Sales enablement & rollout plans
4. Coordinate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Tech, and Operations to ensure smooth partner launches.
REVENUE OWNERSHIP
1. Build and execute revenue models with partners (rev share, subscription & licensing, lead referrals, data monetization).
2. Track financial performance and forecasts for each alliance; optimize for lifecycle revenue.
Work with Finance to set targets and deliver on quarterly/annual revenue commitments.
RELATIONSHIP STEWARDSSHIP & GROWTH
1. Own ongoing partner engagement cadence - Quarterly Business Reviews, performance metrics, escalation protocols.
2. Identify and unlock expansion opportunities - new geographies, new products, embedded offerings, tiered pricing.

4-9 years of experience in:
1. Strategic Alliances
2. Brand Partnerships
3. Business Development
4. Growth / GTM roles
Prior exposure to consumer brands in:
Fashion
FMCG
F&B
Lifestyle
Consumer Tech / Marketplaces
Experience working with fintech, payments, SaaS, digital platforms, or tech-enabled partnerships is a strong plus.
