About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Sponsorship Sales professional to drive revenue for our conferences, summits, and large-scale events. This is a front-line revenue role where you will own the complete sponsorship sales lifecycle-from lead generation to deal closure-while building long-term partnerships with leading brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sponsorship sales for conferences, summits, and events
- Identify and engage potential sponsors through market research, networking, and outreach
- Pitch customized sponsorship solutions (branding, speaking slots, booths, partnerships) aligned with client objectives
- Manage the complete sales cycle - lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with brand leaders, marketing heads, and decision-makers
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain and track sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship deliverables
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences for networking and business development
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales / sponsorship sales / partnerships
- Minimum 2+ years in sponsorship sales / event sales / conference sales / media sales
- Proven track record of closing sponsorship deals and achieving revenue targets
- Strong expertise in consultative / solution-based selling
- Experience engaging with CXOs, marketing heads, brand managers, and senior stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools for pipeline and reporting
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
Preferred Background
- Experience in events, media, conferences, or exhibition industry
- Exposure to B2B partnerships and brand collaborations
- Strong industry network is a plus
