This team is also responsible for defining custom solutions (during the sales process) that cater to specific needs of individual customers.  Responsibilities :   Solution Development :  1. Research on the latest developments in the industry to understand and articulate trends/market direction and solution strategy. Evaluate competitive solutions to identify gaps in the market and define differentiating opportunities  2. Drive large and complex strategic proposals in the area of digital solutions  3. Interface with CXOs to understand business priorities, marketing strategy and align recommended solutions to client requirements  4. Strong story- telling skills, with a proven record of engaging with C level stakeholders, conducting executive presentations etc.  5. Form and lead cross functional solution teams, on need basis, to structure and propose the right solutions for our clients  6. Build strategic insights and showcase business impact of solutions  7. Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop sales and marketing collateral - including case studies, competitive benchmarking, positioning etc.  8. Contribute in various stages of the sales cycle to market solutions internally and externally  9. Orchestrate teams to deliver proof of concepts/ prototype for solutions, deploy the POC/ prototypes in client environments and deliver proof points for success of the initiatives  Desired Experience & Skills :  1. Ability to understand customer pain points and articulate market needs based on market research and conversations with internal/external stakeholders  2. Continuous learner with an ability to research technology & industry trends, develop point of views based on research and translate those into solution collaterals to be used for client conversations  3. Ability to articulate ideas and processes using PowerPoint presentations and visual medium is a must  4. Ability to organize, plan, manage and prioritize tasks with little supervision  5. Exhibits great attention to detail  6. High degree of comfort in dealing with ambiguity, quickly adapting to new technical/ industry areas and bringing structure to unstructured problems  7. Ability to work with subject matter experts ( data scientists, technical architects, business strategists etc.), moderate group discussions and lead teams towards tangible outputs & solution directions  8. Broad understanding and comfort with technology and an innate ability to work at the junction of business, data & technology  9.
