About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic professional to join the Business Consulting Transformation (MPA) team with a deep focus on the Steel & Metals sector. This is a site-intensive role requiring strong analytical capability, structured execution skills, and exceptional communication to work with multidisciplinary teams in dynamic project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support consulting engagements across:

- Integrated Steel Plants

- Secondary Steel Units

- Rolling Mills (Hot & Cold)

- Ferro Alloys & Specialty Metals

- Mining & Beneficiation (Iron Ore, Coal, Limestone)

- Coke Oven, Sinter Plants, Power & Utilities

- Develop and manage Master Project Schedules, monitor critical paths, and ensure timely execution.

- Drive Capital Budgeting, Cost Control, Risk Management, and detailed review frameworks.

- Manage project procurement workflows, contract support processes, and vendor onboarding.

- Prepare high-quality deliverables: MIS, dashboards, analytical reports, progress updates, and CXO-level presentations.

- Collaborate closely with EPC contractors, OEMs, suppliers, PMC teams, and internal stakeholders.

- Support Digital Implementation initiatives: ERP, PMIS, analytics dashboards, and performance-tracking tools.

- Participate in Greenfield and Brownfield project execution, ensuring time and cost optimization.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the Steel / Metals industry or consulting.

- B.Tech in Metallurgical / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Civil / Instrumentation Engineering.

- Strong command of verbal and written communicationability to convey complex technical & commercial information
clearly.

- Demonstrated on-ground experience in project execution, stakeholder management, and field coordination.

- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Must be comfortable with extensive travel and long-duration site assignments
