For a leading & recognized startup in Sustainable SOlar energy, looking for Sales Team - Solar Commercial & Industrial segment

MAIN KRA's would be :

- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Generate new leads and convert them into sales.

- Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.

- Conduct Site Assessments: Evaluate potential solar installation sites and provide recommendations.

- Develop and Present Proposals: Create and present customized sales proposals to clients.

- Negotiate and Close Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Desired Skills :

MBA/ PG with 5years + experience in sales, client acquisition & having own network wit clients

Good negotiation skills & Communication

Solar industry knowledge & exp of end to end execution
