Job Description: We are searching for a self-motivated Sales operations person who can transform and create processes to enhance the effectiveness of pricing process and help reduce cycle time of orders processing. This person will manage the operations and the team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead team of customer support representatives and identify opportunities to create a sales support hub. A. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat), addressing their questions, concerns, and product/service-related issues in a professional and courteous manner. B. Processing RFQs in a Timely manner. Follow up internally and ensure quotes are sent timely. C. Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all information is recorded correctly and facilitating smooth order fulfilment. - Centralise all pricing and quote requests processing. Build a process to track, manage all RFQ's and quotes. - Cross train and cross utilise resources. - Build a strong operations mindset and build measurement/metrics - Coach, manage and build teams. Skills, Qualifications and Experience: - MBA with at least 7 years' experience in a similar role - Excellent communication skills. - Agile thinking and bias for action - Willing to travel.
