About the Role:

This role focuses on expanding our core IAFA practice, particularly within the high-stakes BFSI sector. It is significant because it requires a consultant-sell approach to translate regulatory and financial risks into strategic service opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Acquire new logos within the BFSI sector for Internal Audit and Financial Advisory services.

- Utilize a network of 20+ strong CXO relationships (CFOs, CROs, Heads of Audit) to drive immediate business.

- Convert 5-6 of these existing relationships into active service engagements for Protiviti India within the first six months.

- Achieve an annual revenue target of INR 10 Crores through specialized risk and financial advisory sales.

- Partner with the delivery team to align audit solutions with the specific regulatory needs of banks and NBFCs.

- Lead commercial negotiations for long-term managed service or retainer-based audit contracts.

- Leverage relationships to cross-sell financial risk and IPO-readiness advisory services.

Criteria:

- 7-10 years of experience in selling Internal Audit, Risk, or Financial Advisory services, preferably in the BFSI sector.

- Mandatory: A strong network of 20+ CXO-level connections, with 5-6 ready for immediate engagement.

- Proven ability to consistently deliver an annual revenue target of INR 10 Crores.
