We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager to drive sales for infrastructure projects across government departments and large contractors.

The role involves business development, relationship management, and sales execution with clients such as CPWD, PWD (Delhi and other states), NBCC, and AAI, along with leading contractors and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue business opportunities within government departments, PSUs, and infrastructure contractors.

- Engage and build strong relationships with key accounts including AAI, CPWD, PWD, NBCC, and top-tier contractors such as Ahluwalia, Girdhari Lal, VCL, PNC, Baba Construction, etc.

- Interpret and understand engineering and lighting drawings for better alignment with client requirements.

- Acquire product approvals from government authorities, consultants, and institutional clients.

- Generate qualified sales leads from government, enterprise, and corporate sectors.

- Build and manage a strong sales funnel across multiple infrastructure clients.

- Ensure consistent billing cycles and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.

- Independently manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

- Develop medium-term business plans and provide accurate monthly forecasts and sales reports.

- Drive revenue growth by achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets (approx. 20 Cr annually).

- Prepare and share weekly MIS reports for management review.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.

- Proven track record in infrastructure or project-based sales, preferably with government clients.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Proficiency in using Sales CRM tools such as Zoho or HubSpot.

- Ability to independently close large deals and manage long sales cycles.

- Excellent understanding of government procurement processes, tenders, and project approvals.

- Strong organizational, planning, and reporting abilities.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to lead and motivate sales teams.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on KRAs and process improvements
