Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager (Digital / Application Services)

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time


Position Overview:


We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Professional with a focus on hunting new logos to join our team and spearhead the expansion of our already strong client base in Bangalore / Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales of digital & application software services and a passion for opening new accounts from one or more of these industries (Semiconductor / Automotive / Medical Devices / Industrial Automation / Consumer Electronics / Aerospace). You will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships and driving sales of our digital & application solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


New Business Development:


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities from one or more of these industries (Semiconductors / Automotive / Medical Devices / Industrial Automation / Consumer Electronics / Aerospace).

- Lead efforts to secure new accounts for digital & application software services, including software development, testing, system integration and custom solutions.

Client Acquisition:


- Proactively prospect and open new accounts, build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

- Understand client needs and work closely with the engineering teams to propose tailored solutions that align with customer requirements for digital & application solutions.

- Develop and manage a pipeline of new accounts, ensuring constant engagement with potential clients throughout the sales cycle.

- Lead presentations, negotiations and closing of deals, ensuring clear alignment between customer needs and services.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and success of proposals and solutions.


Qualifications:


Experience:


- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in front end sales with strong existing connects with decision makers at product MNCs from one or more of these industries (Semiconductors / Automotive / Medical Devices / Industrial Automation / Consumer Electronics / Aerospace).

- Should be well versed with Staff augmentation / T&M, Turnkey / FPP and ODC models of engagements and should have proven record of closing deals.

- Strong track record of successfully opening new accounts and driving sales.

Skills:


- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and take ownership of sales process.
